Receive instruction and guidance one-to-one or in small group tailored to your needs and intentions.

This offering is tailored specifically for anyone new to yoga or Tai Chi, returning to the practice, or looking for the most supportive way to adapt the practice to their body. Your instructor will meet with you for one 20 minute consult to discuss your intentions and any specific considerations for cultivating your movement practice. You will then meet for three 60 minute private movement sessions where you will learn the basics of the practice and the ways to best support your body, empowering you to confidently enter a group setting.
