4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policies
- Group Classes: Classes may be canceled at any time before the scheduled start time. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking to allow space for others. No-shows may impact your ability to rebook future classes.
- Private Sessions (Yoga or Energy Work): Private sessions may be canceled up until the time of the appointment. However, no-shows may be required to pay the full fee again before rescheduling another session.
- Workshops & Special Events: These offerings are non-refundable under most circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit or transfer your spot to another person. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our site or booking platform.
5. Purchases of Products (Online or In-Studio)
We offer handmade and curated items in our studio and online shop.
- All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
- If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package is in transit.
