January marks six years of Painted Lotus Yoga & Wellness.
Thank you to our sacred community for allowing us to be your sanctuary for mindful movement and self-discovery in West Alabama since our doors opened on January 1, 2020. Our theme this month is Return to the Mat—an invitation to reconnect with your practice, your body, and your community. To support this, in addition to our weekly schedule of classes, we are offering several opportunities this month to reconnect and return to the mat. See info link to upcoming events below. |

Rooted in the wisdom of Yoga and the Tao, our integrative, resilience-centered offerings exist as a bridge between ancient and modern healing arts. We serve as a space for growth, exploration, and continuing education—empowering people of all ages, identities, and lived experiences with movement that speaks to the nervous system and practices that bring you back to your body without pressure or performance. Riverside Office Center 535 Jack Warner Pkwy.NE Suite E-1 Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 205-239-7083 When you enter Riverside Office Center, proceed straight ahead until you come to the "Y". Traffic is one-way here so veer left at the "Y" and follow the road around past the rear exit of the complex and around the corner of the building. Suite E-1 faces McFarland Blvd. and will be the last set of double doors you come to in the building. We have a large sign on the end of the building facing the entrance to the complex as well as signage on the door and front of the building.
